Hatha yoga treener
More than a decade ago, I suffered from health issues and undergone intestinal tumor surgery. Post surgery issues troubled me in my daily routine and responsibilities. My Doctor advised me to practice gentler yoga. Gradually I started to feel its healthier effects on my body and mind, and thereon, I started my journey. I learned hatha yoga training under Indan yoga Association in my native country, India, along with my decade long personal practice. Sooner I adopted the Hath yoga tradition, and since then, I am moving towards its higher goals while practicing and teaching my students. I like to read yoga scriptures and Vedanta. I am a hardworking, calm attitude, and adjustable human being. I prefer a simple and peaceful lifestyle. I inspire people to let them self-aware that their regular practice is responsible for their sound health and personality. I like to meet people and often their Compassion and perseverance inspire me a lot.
