I have been more seriously involved in sports since I was a small child - when I was young, I played football for a long time (4 seasons in the Estonian champions league, 1 year in the Western Australian champions league), i have always been heavily involved in gym based training, which is an important part of team sports. Strength training has been my main focus for the past 7 years. I have specifically completed a 2-year study program at the Australian College of Sport and Fitness. I have constantly improved myself and I believe that training based on modern science is the best way for fast and lasting results. There is no point to torture your clients with excessive training programs, development should take place step by step with a moderate load/program. For the last 2 years I have also competed in bodybuilding, classic bodybuilding and classic physique categories. Some results: 5x Estonian champion, 1x IFBB Nordic Overall champion (Pro Card holder), 4th place IFBB World cup and many other first places in various competitions.
When preparing training/nutrition plans and carrying out personal training, I rely on scientific sources and proceed from the client's personal goals, physical capabilities and anatomical characteristics. Training methodology to achieve specific goals, nutrition for that purpose, exercise techniques and choices are some of the important factors to achieve goals. With a properly adjusted workout that is technically correct, it is possible to achieve results many times faster than otherwise. Adding to that a proper diet, which means that you are mostly able to eat the food that you actually really like, you will quickly get the formula to meet your goals!
